What We Are
NextGen is a grassroots youth movement dedicated to strengthening democracy in Nigeria through civic education, voter mobilization, and community organizing. We believe that young people have the power to transform our society when they are informed, engaged, and organized.
Founded by and for young Nigerians, we provide the tools, resources, and community support needed to turn civic awareness into meaningful action. We are non-partisan, transparent, and committed to long-term systemic change.
What We Are Not
We are not a political party. NextGen does not endorse candidates or align with any political party. Our focus is on empowering citizens, not promoting politicians.
We are not a protest movement. While we support the right to peaceful assembly, our work centers on sustainable civic engagement, education, and community building.
We are not exclusive. NextGen welcomes all young Nigerians who are committed to democratic values, regardless of background, ethnicity, religion, or political affiliation.
